As all products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at jack@poiesisabraxaslabs.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
We work with Printful who maintain high quality standards, but occasionally issues do arise — we will always make it right.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After that, your print is already in production and cannot be cancelled.
